Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Lady Diana Mukpo and the Lamen, Acarya Dr. Mitchell Levy, have committed their ongoing support to this effort, financially with annual donations, and in other ways. In addition, Lady Diana and Dr. Levy provided the initial funding to establish the Tagtrug Mukpo Trust, a special needs vehicle that allows Taggie to receive supplementary private non tax deductible funding without jeopardizing his Medicaid waiver and other government support. Others, both sangha members and friends of the sangha, have been inspired to commit to regular annual donations as well, including one person, not a member of the Shambhala International community but appreciative of the work being done on Taggie's behalf, who has made an annual commitment of $1,000.
